pkg coaching – Subscribing on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address. You may, however, also visit our site anonymously. Enrolling onto any of our webinars, workshops or retreats you may be asked for: name, contact details, address, e-mail address and possibly dietary or medical requirements as required to provide the enrolled service. For the purpose of coaching and therapy sessions we may require more detailed information and will make notes, which may include details concerning your medication, treatment and other issues affecting your health and life. We will only collect what is relevant and necessary for your treatment. This data is always held securely, is not shared with anyone, unless requested by the courts or by your express permission, where you wish it to be shared.
For data storage purposes your general information may be handled by pre-vetted staff who have all signed an integrity and confidentiality agreement. All personal information will only be handled by the coach or therapist who you are in session with.
pkg training – Subscribing on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address. You may, however, also visit our site anonymously. Enrolling onto any of our webinars, or courses you will need to provide name, contact details, address, e-mail address and possibly dietary or medical requirements as required to provide the enrolled service. Depending on the course there may also be a requirement to provide proof of ID and complete assessment materials. No ID copies will ever be taken but proof of assessment needs to be held for the appropriate timescale as set out by the awarding body.

For the purpose of delivering the Buteyko Breathing Method some other information may be collected such as medication and associated medical conditions.

Any hard copy information that is retained is locked within a filling cabinet within a locked room, which is only accessible by pre-vetted staff who have all signed an integrity and confidentiality agreement. Personal information is only accessible by the appropriate coach or therapist.
